Delivery of purchases throughout Latvia

When receiving the goods, check the condition of the goods and sign the acceptance document – ​​the delivery note.
If, upon receiving the goods, you notice damage or defects in the goods or if the package does not match the ordered goods, immediately inform a Lumag Baltic employee.

FREE pick-up at LUMAG MACHINERY BALTIC warehouse:

When placing an order, choose free delivery at the warehouse.
After payment for the order and confirmation of the availability of the goods, the order can be received at a convenient time on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.
By prior agreement, the goods can also be received after the specified working hours.

*Upon receiving the order at the LUMAG MACHINERY BALTIC warehouse, the buyer assumes full responsibility for further transportation of the order.

Courier delivery within Latvia:

Delivery of goods by courier is provided in cooperation with DPD, Raben courier service providers.
The cost of delivery of goods is calculated individually, based on the weight and size of the goods.
When choosing this delivery method, it is possible to coordinate the desired delivery time by informing the customer consultant in advance.

Lumag machinery baltic courier delivery:

The product can be received without delivery fee at the company’s warehouse Tammemäe, Prangli village, Kanepi parish 63508, Estonia.
The order receipt period, if the product is in stock, is 2 days.
For orders with a total amount over 10,500.00 EUR (including VAT 24%), free delivery
